Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

No minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders arrive within 7–12 business days in the contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take a few extra days.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Larger kits may arrive in more than one package.

Other destinations

If we deliver to your country, the available shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or lost package

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us through our Contact page and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
