Does it work on all hair types?
Yes, on all hair types. The secret is how much hair you gather inside the clip. Fine hair: take a fuller section. Thick hair: use a smaller section. Curly hair: no snagging or pulling.
How is it different from a traditional hair clip?
Traditional hair clips haven’t changed much in decades. The Magnetic Clip comes in two ultra-flat halves held together by magnets. Position it, click it into place, and you’re done in ten seconds.
Can it handle everyday wear?
Yes. Take it in your bag, to the gym or on a trip. It’s designed to be used again and again without losing its hold. And if it breaks or the magnet weakens within a year, our 1-year guarantee has you covered.
How big is it?
Each half is about 1.2 in (3 cm). When closed, the clip measures about 2.4 in (6 cm) across and 1.2 in (3 cm) tall. Magnetic closure, ultra-flat design, made for every hair type.
Will it leave a mark in my hair?
No. Its completely flat shape doesn’t create a bump or a hard pressure point. And because it doesn’t pull on strands, it’s designed to avoid breakage and creases.
What if it breaks?
You’re covered for a full year. If your clip breaks, cracks or the magnet loses its strength within 12 months of delivery, send us your order number and a photo (or a short video for the magnet) through our Contact page, and we’ll ship you a new one for free.
Is it safe with magnets?
The magnets are built into the clip. As with any small magnet, keep it away from young children and from medical implants such as pacemakers.
What are the delivery times?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders ship within 1–3 business days, then take 7–12 business days to arrive. You’ll get a tracking link by email.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your clips for a full refund. Just reach out through our Contact page and we’ll walk you through it.
