1-Year Limited Warranty
Our clips are made to be worn every day. If yours breaks within a year, we'll replace it. Free, no fuss.
What's covered
Any tuckpop clip, for 12 months from the delivery date, if:
- the body cracks, chips, snaps or breaks, for any reason, including drops, being stepped on or being crushed in a bag;
- a magnet comes loose, falls out or loses its strength, so the two halves no longer hold together;
- the two halves no longer connect or close properly;
- the finish peels, flakes or a rough or sharp edge appears;
- anything else stops the clip from working the way it did when it arrived.
What's not covered
- Lost or stolen clips.
- Clips not bought on our store (we'll ask for your order number).
What we'll do
We send you a new clip in the same shade, free of charge, shipping included. If that shade is no longer available, you pick another one. No need to send the broken clip back.
How to make a claim
- Send us a message through our Contact page (or simply reply to your order confirmation email) with the subject "Warranty".
- Include your order number.
- Attach a photo of the broken clip. If the magnet has lost its strength, a short video showing the halves not holding together works best.
We reply within 2 business days and ship your replacement within 3 business days.
