Not in love with your clips? You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a full refund. No hard feelings.
How to return
- Send us a message through our Contact page (or reply to your order confirmation email) within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address.
- Send the clips back unused and in their original packaging.
- As soon as they arrive, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Your original shipping was free, so there is nothing deducted from your refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send anything back.
1-year break-free guarantee
Every clip is covered for 12 months from delivery: if it breaks, cracks or the magnet loses its strength, we replace it for free. See our 1-Year Warranty for details.
Cancellations
Changed your mind before your order ships? Contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Exceptions
Clips that have been used or damaged after delivery can't be returned for a change-of-mind refund, but they're still covered by our 1-year warranty against breakage and weak magnets.
